Today, 40 millions american students are indebted because of their student loan which is on average $30,000. They don’t have other choice than to be indebted even before earning money. What if you could finance your studies by sharing what they taught you?
Crowddy is a crowdfunding platform for american students who need to finance their studies / repay their student loan by giving courses in exchange.
Nowadays, there is no serious solutions for students to help them to finance their studies. We want to change that. We truly think that the solution is to bring them together to create an ecosystem in which mutual aid reigns. When people are confronted with the same problem they are brought to help each other, it is in our nature. In our opinion, this is the best way to help them, to bring them together. Our philosophy is to help students to realize that they are not alone with their financial problems and spreading their knowledge can be the solution. We want them to realise that knowledge is the most valuable thing in this world and it doesn’t has to be very expensive.
When you create a project you'll need to reward your community by creating courses in a article format (like medium) with a stage. Example: A student has created one article with a $500 stage. If his project collect $500, the article will be accessible for every users on the platform whether you gave to the project or not. Why? Because donors do not donate for having the article only for them, they contribute to spread knowledge on the platform, it must be shared
Our aimed customers are students, indebted students, who wants to get rid of their huge tuition. We are mainly targeting Americans students first. Indeed their tuition fees are exorbitant compared to Europe for example.
